Tom was a blast! Full of amazing knowledge, great puns, and the whole tour was made accessible ♿ hard to do in SF but tom made it work! He gave out hilarious prize's. I personally had a really amazing experience with Larry, one of the ghosts on the tour. If you want to know more about the history and architecture or the Haight while having a spooky good time you should try this tour.

I've been a fan since the first season, not to mention a superfan of the creators and promoters. It's an experience you'll never forget. And an experience like you can't imagine. Haunted House, puzzle room, theater, audience participation... All of it.

Scary, but not horrifying! This haunted house theater experience was so much fun!! We laughed and screamed and played along with the storyline to try our best to get initiated into the insight cult! Great actors and well organized inside the old SF mint.

INCREDIBLE!! The actors and haunted house are great but the staff in the bar and lobby are the real stars. They’re all so wonderful and really helped to accommodate my group. Bravo to all the staff

Very nice view here but lots of construction nearby (as of Sept 2021) and tons of graffiti here. Really hope that the city can pay attention and care for these potential high-value tourist spots!!

Nice views but beware misleading marketing. Never once saw a ghost in a top hat. Total tourist trap.

The Halloween party is kind of fun, lots of douchey people though
